Zur Unterstützung unserer VIP-Betreuung suchen wir eine Person, die uns am Standort Düsseldorf unterstützt. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), mit offener, positiver Ausstrahlung und Freude am Umgang mit unseren Gästen.

412 Events. Das sind wir: Mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Eventgastronomie

Seit 1993 sind wir gastronomisch aktiv. In den letzten Jahren haben wir unsere Ausrichtung auf die Festival
- und Konzertgastronomie konzentriert: Feste Bestandteile unseres Veranstaltungskalenders sind u.a. das Hurricane, Deichbrand, Highfield, M'era Luna und Metal Hammer Paradise Festival, das Rolling Stone Indoorfestival sowie die Waldbühne Berlin, Trabrennbahn Berlin, Locations in Düsseldorf, die Volkswagen Arena in Wolfsburg und die Alsterdorfer Sporthalle in Hamburg.

Darüber hinaus haben wir Konzerte, wie die Rolling Stones oder die Foo Fighters in Hamburg und Ed Sheeran in Prag gastronomisch umgesetzt. Wir veranstalten auch selbst Partys. Wir sind glücklich, lebendig und hungrig nach mehr

Deine Aufgabe ist die Unterstützung & Vertretung unserer VIP-Betreuung bei folgenden Aufgaben:

- Personaleinsatzplanung
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung der Veranstaltung
- Koordination und Durchführung der Veranstaltungen in unseren verschiedenen VIP-Bereichen (z.B.: Business Club und Logen)
- Freundliche und kompetente Beratung und Betreuung der Gäste
- Einhaltung und Kontrolle vorgegebener Standards
- Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit
- Ansprechpartner der Hospitality Abteilung der Venue

Dein Profil:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie oder alternativ langjährige Erfahrungen in der Gastro
- Bestmöglich konntest du bereits Erfahrung in VIP-Bereichen und als Teamleitung sammeln
- Du besitzt Organisationstalent, ein souveränes und professionelles Auftreten sowie exzellente Umgangsformen
