- Du verstärkst unseren **Geschäftsbereich Development** und wirst **Teil eines hoch motivierten Teams**aus kaufmännischen und technischen KollegInnen. Gemeinsam realisiert Ihr spannende Immobilienprojekte und gestaltet so die Zukunft der Städte.Als **Associate | Development** unterstützt du das **kaufmännische Projektmanagement-Team** und arbeitest der Projektleitung zu. Dein Tätigkeitsfeld umfasst das gesamte **Themenspektrum** der **Projektentwicklung**: Die Definition der **Projektziele**, das **Schaffen von Baurecht**, das **Erstellen** des **Vermarktungskonzepts**, die **Vermietung** der Flächen, und die Betreuung der **Finanzierung**, die Überwachung der **Budgets** sowie die** Zusammenarbeit** mit **externen Projektbeteiligten** (z.B. Architekten, Makler, Marketingagenturen).
- Du hilfst bei der **Führung** **von Projektteams** und übernimmst **Verantwortung** für mehrere Teilprojekte, die du eigenständig bearbeitest. Dein Team und du führen **Verhandlungen**, steuern **Auswahlverfahren**, optimieren kontinuierlich **Prozesse** und i**mplementieren innovative Ansätze** sowie Nachhaltigkeitskriterien zur Qualitätssteigerung der Projekte. Ihr verhandelt **Mietverträge**, achtet auf die korrekte **Durchführung** aller **kaufmännischen, technischen** sowie **infrastrukturellen Maßnahmen** auf Objektebene, sichert eine **termin
