**GROUP RESERVATIONS SALES AGENT, FRASERS**
30 hours per week over 5 days with varied shift patterns
Based in Capri by Frasers, Frankfurt
Responsible for answering all group reservations and customer service-related calls to the Central Sales Office. To deliver excellent customer and maximise all sales opportunities for all hotels. To support administrative tasks as set-out daily by the Reservations Team Leader. To consistently deliver and exceed key result areas (KRAs) and strive for excellence on every call.

**NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB**
At Frasers we are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team in Frankfurt. You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, implementing reservations procedures and supervising the reservations team. You will assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts and help contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business.
