**Deine Rolle**:

- Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du wirst ab Tag 1 ernst genommen und bist ein entscheidender Teil einer großen Mission, denn: we want to change the way people eat, forever
- Du lernst im direkten Austausch mit Expert*innen im Team und kannst Dich so stets weiterentwickeln.
- **Diese Stelle ist für 24 Monate zu besetzen (eine Verlängerung ist möglich).**

**Dein Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Personalführung
- Verantwortung für Lagerprozesse
- Bereitstellung von Waren
- Arbeiten mit Scannern
- Persönlicher Ansprechpartner und Kommunikationsträger für die Intralogistik

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast Führungserfahrung
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du hast die Fähigkeit zur Durchsetzung und Verbesserung von standardisierten Prozessen
- Du bringst die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit mit
- Du hast eine hohe Motivation, bist flexibel und hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Du zeichnest Dich durch stets vorbildliches Verhalten aus und motivierst andere durch Dein eigenes Auftreten
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und verfügst über mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse
