**The role.**

As Cybersecurity Expert you are responsible for cybersecurity topics around the complete range of portfolio elements of Minerals Solution Business and of System Business (e.g. Oil&Gas, Metals, Hydrogen).
- You are taking an active role in cybersecurity requirements engineering in agile offering and projects execution process.
- As part of an international team of Cybersecurity Experts, you support project execution teams in conducting the corresponding cybersecurity activities during the design, development, operation, test, implementation, and execution stages:

- You advise, support, and consult managers and employees in their activities related to product and solution security (in complying with the cybersecurity regulations and processes).
- You implement security measures on behalf of the Product Solution Security Officer (PSSO) in business processes, products, systems, solutions, services, projects, IT, OT.
- You drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity topics in the area of your responsibility.
- You measure and report defined cybersecurity KPIs to the Product Solution Security Officer (PSSO)
- Additionally, you contribute to resource planning and training.
- In portfolio and projects, you take the leading role for
- Conducting Threat & Risk Analysis for portfolios and projects and defining risk countermeasures together with portfolio and project Owners.
- Performing Vulnerability Management during the planning, design, implementation, and operation of our solutions.
- Ensuring seamless cooperation and coordination with the Product & Solution Security Officer and with other Product & Solution Security Experts across departmental and country boundaries.

**Your profile.**
- You have a university degree in Computer Science in combination with electrotechnics or any related field.
- Building on that, you can demonstrate relevant, mid-term experience in Cybersecurity.
- You have proven project experience in dealing with guidance, standards, and regulations (ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
- You have strong IT skills, especially security related knowledge of networks and software development.
- You bring Software and Network architecture/ automation design knowledge.
- Knowledge of the Siemens Cybersecurity process landscape (SFeRA and PSS) is an advantage.
- You are a good communicator and able to explain complex cybersecurity topics to non-cybersecurity professionals.
- You are at an advanced level in speaking and writing skills in English and German.
