**Gruppenleiter Industrial Engineering (m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Gruppe Industrial Engineering mit ca. 10 Mitarbeitern
- Erstellung von Personalentwicklungsplan, Investitionsplanung und Budgetcontrolling
- Verantwortung für die Aufrechterhaltung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit der Serienmontageanlagen
- Sicherstellung der Effektivität und Effizienz der Fertigungsprozesse und Methoden gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team
- Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen basierend auf Datenauswertungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abschluss als Diplomingenieur, Bachelor, Master (TU, TH, HS) der Fachrichtungen Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik oder Mechatronik
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Prozesstechnik und Automatisierung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Systematische Fehlersuche
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Statistik
