You enjoy teamwork, communication, and supporting globally distributed colleagues. You like to have a broad range of tasks, the big picture perspective as well as enjoy discussing technical details.

**YOUR TASK**:

- Technical Sales Support for our Sales Force including customer visits and conferences
- Technical contact person to assess and manage customer requirements
- Development of customized solutions responsible for product definition and pricing strategy
- Interface with production, R&D and Systems Engineering
- Understanding and assessing of market and technological requirements
- Provide up to date product information, marketing material, and training for sales
- Manage the product offering in your segment including development of the product strategy
- Collaborate with PMs for other segments for a seamless offering

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Advanced degree in physics
- Fundamental knowledge in thin-film deposition (MBE, PLD, sputtering) is desirable
- Experience in a relevant field of mate-rial science or UHV Surface Physics
- Business fluent in written and spoken English (additional language skills - e.g. German - are a plus)
- Strong and enthusiastic communication skills, capable to address a culturally diverse audience from lab technicians to directors
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, including creation of professional and easily understood marketing and training material
- Solution orientated, hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking with a good sense of costs and customer values
- Team orientation and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel globally up to 25%
