- TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Process and Quality Management Advisor (m/w/d) at our location Hannover will contribute to this and that might be you?

**Your contribution to TenneT**:

- Collaboration in the establishment and further development of the **Quality Management System** and the associated documentation
- Provide and ensure the integrity of the Operations **Offshore process map **and **process landscape**.
- ** Develop** and **provide **BPM and QM training / coaching.
- ** Documentation **of processes in our process documentation system (ADONIS NP).
- Support for **workflow automation** using the MS Power Platform tools.
- Creation, review and improvement of **process
- and quality-related documents** (such as guidelines, work instructions, training documents, templates etc.). Conduct and evaluate BPM and QM assessments at Operations Offshore.

**Your profile and background**:

- **Academic degree** in technical or economical studies e.g. industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of **process modelling tools **(Adonis or other BPMN2.0 based tools).
- Experience with **quality management systems** (DIN ISO 9001). An additional qualification as a TÜV or DGQ auditor is an advantage.
- Experience in using the tools of the **MS Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) desirable. Familiar with setting up easy-to-read report.
- Experience in the **energy sector** and knowledge of the offshore operations & maintenance domain are a clear benefit.
- Very good communication skills in **German and English**.
- You are a genuine** team player** and **effective communication** is one of your passions.

**This will be our challenge**:

- Grid Field Operations is executing Field Operations, Maintenance and (Baseload) Projects. We ensure the integrity and safety of our assets entrusted to us, while also ensuring their maximum availability. We make sure that the onshore grids of TenneT is reliable in Germany and the Netherlands.**Additional information**:

- The weekly working time is 37 hours
