Internal Auditor

**Aufgaben**
- Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits of the company’s Global offices in accordance with the professional standards for internal auditing.
- Perform the follow-up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure appropriate corrective action have been taken.
- Draft audit observations and recommendations, and communicate the result to all levels of management.
- Assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing and executing the risk-based audit plan, strategies and concepts to further improve the audit processes.
- Partnering with management/acting as business partner and expert to develop innovative business-oriented solutions to improve controls, mitigate risk, ensure process effectiveness and efficiency, and meet corporate strategic objectives.

**Profil**
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business, financial or any other applicable field
- A first experience gained at one of the Big 4 audit firms or as internal auditor
- Fluent in German and English; another European language is a plus
- Proven knowledge in business process mapping, data analysis and strong audit knowledge of SAP, and good understanding of internal business processes.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Very good interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients and colleagues
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 40%)
