Support our Team as Controller (m/w/x) in **Hamburg **or **Osnabrück**

**Job Purpose**:
You ensure that we have an overview of the most important figures at all times and make a valuable contribution to the successful operation of our business model

**In this role you’ll get to**:

- Further and new development of existing controlling, reporting and planning processes as well as tools, templates and methods in cooperation with our financial accounting department and management
- Contact person for various controlling
- and finance-related inquiries from the global unit
- Overseeing, preparing and optimizing the monthly and annual local month-end closing process including yearly budget and strategic planning
- Support and collaboration with the executives and the assigned departments
- Documentation of business developments including the creation of presentations
- Support in the development of advisory recommendations for action, measures and decision-making documents as well as meaningful overviews and presentations for ad hoc requests from the team

**Your skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
- Nice to have: First professional experience, preferably in controlling or economic background
- Strong understanding of numbers and complex contexts and precise analytical skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization
