SUMMARY

We look for an exceptionally talented video allrounder who is ready to lead our video content creation efforts on our mission to disrupt the sugar industry. Together with our founders and our marketing team, you'll create video formats that make people cry, laugh, think, and talk about our brand. This senior role is diverse, challenging, and will constantly evolve while we build together a global direct-to-consumer rocket ship. Are you ready for it?

Tasks

YOUR ROLE

The role combines creative freedom with real ownership. First and foremost, you'll be in charge of leading our video-first content creation process in the following areas:

- Build world-class campaigns: You'll co-create our video content strategy and lead our content creation across multiple channels and geographies.
- Produce new video ad formats: Together with our marketing team, you'll ideate and produce innovative video/animated ad formats that make customers engage and convert.
- The world is your oyster: We deeply believe in the power of video to emotionally attach people to our brand. We have many exciting projects in mind. Let's chat
- Build an epic team: Over time you'll build and lead your own team. We'll support you in doing so.

**Requirements**:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

The required skill set is complex. Therefore, it is ok if you do not tick all boxes below. Yet, you must be eager to learn very fast.
- Most importantly, you love our brand & vision and understand how to translate it into engaging video content.
- The Adobe Creative Suite (aka After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) is your second home. You know how to shoot and edit great video content with limited resources.
- You understand today's pop culture and current social media platforms, trends, and tactics. An interest in healthy nutrition (and chocolate) is a plus.
- You are a team player who loves to collaborate with internal (esp. marketing, brand) and external (agencies, creators, etc.) stakeholders to produce the best possible results.
- You have excellent skills in both German and English.
