**WHAT YOU WILL DO***
Barbara Sturm Molecular Cosmetics is seeking a detail-oriented, process driven, hands-on Global Reporting Partner. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company, playing a crucial role in setting up the systems and processes for its continued success.

Taking over detailed excel models, we’re looking for someone to own and be dedicated to maintaining them with the utmost accuracy.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GROUP REPORTING PARTNER**
- Generating weekly Net Sales reports to the leadership group and putting together the monthly consolidated reporting, ensuring all intercompany eliminations are in place and formulas are in great shape, building out inputs for new entities and check cells, and reviving + reimagining monthly reporting packs.
- Working with the FP&A director to build out consolidated cash flow and planning templates to minimise chances for error and the amount of effort it takes to fill them out + ability to monitor vs. expectations.
- Running weekly cash flow reporting.
- Roll forward all models at year end and take initiative to see how reporting can be streamlined, strengthened and enhanced, from data level to system output, through to final deliverables.
- Recommend more efficient ways to deliver data reporting & help prioritise data and reporting related projects and requests, including global SKU sales reporting feasibility.

**YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE**
- Minimum 4 years Accounting experience.
- Significantly Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, models in place were built by a modeller and many formulas need know-how to check, and to de-risk changes to the model.
- Strong German and English language skills.
- Excellent people skills, comfort clearly articulating and working with people from all over the world in both written and verbal mediums.
