Marketing Specialist

These industry leaders offer trusted brands and innovative technologies in the development, manufacturing, and servicing of high-performance converting and packaging machinery for the tissue, nonwovens, hygiene, bag converting, mailing, and printing industries.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Customer Experience & Engagement**
- Lead the setup of the Neuwied FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and customer experience center.
- Ensure an engaging and consistent customer journey within the local facility.

**Content Marketing**
- Provide input for social media posts based on strategic calendar.
- Collaborate with the Shared Services team and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to review and approve content.
- Provide local marketing support for the Mail, Bag, Inserting, and Surface Treatment Cleaning & Spray product lines, including any necessary onsite content generation.
- Collaborate with the Shared Services team to create and maintain a blog platform where SMEs can publish thought leadership articles.
- Develop a user-friendly digital submission form for blog contributions, including SME bios and headshots.

**Paid Media Advertising**
- Manage media buying, association listings, and yearly membership renewals in alignment with the strategic marketing plan.
- Contact media associations to renew yearly memberships.
- Create digital and print ads via internal graphic designer or agency and submit to media publications in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely updates to association portals with advertising materials.

**PR**
- Support the team withPR effortsas needed; including but not limited to: copy editing, SME reviews, publishing PR to website, media distribution, and providing content to share on social media.

**Tradeshow & Event Marketing**
- Coordinate pre, during, and post-event marketing for global tradeshows.
- Collaborate with the Shared Services team and provide direct support for EMEA tradeshow coordination, ensuring seamless execution.
- Drive attendee engagement and content creation during tradeshows.
- Collaborate with the Shared Services team to integrate the IET team into the global sales tool, helping guide its implementation.

**Digital Marketing & Lead Generation**
- Collaborate with the Shared Services team to enhance the D365 platform for accurate lead data collection.
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs and support in preparing performance reports.

**Competitive Research & Market Expertise**
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and benchmarking, including competitor marketing communications tactics.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend relevant strategies.
- Based on the acquired research, provide market expertise recommendations to the segment.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Deadline-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time without compromising quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in social media marketing and digital engagement.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
