**Your Profile**
- **Experience in hospitality** or bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations
- A **confident, hands-on leader** who supports the team with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable **managing reservations**, organizing events, and supporting in-house promotions
- Familiar with **hospitality tech tools** like POS systems, booking platforms, and basic reporting
- Able to support the kitchen team, with a basic understanding of food service and coordination
- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written); German is a plus and helpful for daily operations
- **Flexible availability**, including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events

**Your Responsibilities**As a key member of our management team, you'll help ensure the pub runs smoothly, our standards remain high, and every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detail
- **Leading daily operations**, including staff supervision and shift management
- **Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere** for sports, music, and celebrations
- Coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth service
- **Overseeing a menu**of home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktails
- Managing bookings, events, and in-house promotions
- **Monitoring the quality of service**, food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- **Supporting stock control**, ordering, and opening/closing procedures
