Senior Product Designer

Together with our UX Product Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering an aesthetically pleasing, functional and commercially viable customer offering and customer experience for a highly complex energy product.

- Salary Range: € 75.000 - 100.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design high-quality, user-focused interfaces for a whole variety of media touch points through the full customer journey for our Virtual Power Plant product.
- Translate complex software features into intuitive, user-friendly designs and clear, engaging interface that enhances the customer experience. Providing details for the interested customers where it enhances the experience.
- Ensure that design deliverables translate seamlessly into customer-friendly language and experiences at all stages of the user journey.
- Develop and enforce a design system or style guide to ensure a visual and functional consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Develop visually stunning and functional designs for web, mobile, and other digital interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, software engineers, data scientists, sales and marketing to create and iterate on innovative product designs.
- Plan and conduct user testing, participate in customer interviews and incorporate feedback in product design decisions while creating an experience beyond the understanding of today’s energy customers.

**Your Profile**:
**Mandatory Requirements**
- 5+ years of working experience in UX/ UI/ Product Design positions in a product company or design agency, working on complex B2C software products
- Experience working in venture building, fast-paced startups, or innovation departments.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Having a hands-on approach through every stage of design process, from initial research and conceptualization to prototyping and user testing
- Having an eye for details and maintaining consistency in brand and product design.
- Full proficiency in German and English. While English is the primary language spoken in our office, native-like German proficiency is necessary for the interaction with our customers.
