**Duties**: - In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory. - Receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery. - Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc. - Performs other duties as assigned. **Requirements**: **Conditions of Employment**: - Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. - Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. - A one year probationary period may be required. - Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty. - Must be willing and able to work evenings and saturdays. - In consideration of COVID-19, personnel within this area may routinely wear personal protective equipment while performing their regular duties. - Required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation - Must be available to teach one Crafts or Arts class per month. **Qualifications**: **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public. **Best Qualifying Criteria**: 1.
