In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team of AI experts, driving innovation and shaping the future of our AI strategy. Your leadership will not only influence our technological advancements but also empower the team to deliver high-impact AI solutions across the organization.

- Lead the development and implementation of the group's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements
- Drive research initiatives to stay ahead of AI trends, providing actionable insights that differentiate signal from noise
- Provide expert advice and support on strategic decisions related to high-value use cases
- Establish systems to monitor and report on the implementation progress ensuring accountability and transparency
- Identify and oversee high-impact AI projects that deliver significant business value and encourage scaling across the regions via strong networking
- Develop benchmarks and promote industry best practices in AI strategy and research
- Build meaningful relationships with senior executives to influence their adoption of the AI strategy and high-value use cases and ensure that relevant stakeholders understand the value of AI

**Your Profile** - authentic & open-minded
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within AI with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, or 10 years of experience in strategy consulting with a proven track record in AI, at least 5 of which in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of the data value chain and strategy development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with senior executive stakeholders
- Ability to develop long-term strategic plans that align with business objectives and technological advancements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex political environments
