**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Control and organization of operational processes in the various event areas and restaurants with our event management
- Carrying out events in our event and meeting rooms (offer, planning, organisation, implementation, billing)
- Expert advice and service for guests
- Implementation of our standards for the customer and the guest
- Ensuring a smooth service process for guests and customers
- Support in the further development and expansion of services in the direction of innovation, sustainability and attractiveness
- Compliance with hygiene and control of our safety standards
- Operational link between event management and the service team
- Supporting administrative activities: Execution of orders, processing of incoming invoices and delivery notes, participation in monthly closings, budget control
- Participation in campaigns and projects
