**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven TikTok and YouTube Shorts Specialist to join our dynamic team and help amplify our presence on these high-impact platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce creative, engaging, and high-quality TikTok and YouTube Shorts videos that educate, inform, and entertain our audience on crypto topics (market trends, educational insights, crypto tips, and more).
- **Trendspotting**: Stay up to date with the latest trends, memes, and challenges on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Use these trends creatively to make our crypto content more relatable and viral.
- **Video Editing**: Edit short-form videos using trending audio, graphics, and effects to create attention-grabbing content that aligns with platform guidelines and resonates with our audience.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and encourage discussions around the videos to foster a strong online community.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor the performance of content across both platforms, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and interaction.
