As our Head of Curriculum, you'll be the mastermind behind an educational revolution that spans multiple campuses. You'll harness cutting-edge AI technology to create personalized learning experiences that adapt and evolve with each student's journey.

You'll work at the intersection of AI innovation and learning science, using data analytics to drive unprecedented student success while maintaining direct engagement with learners to ensure our solutions truly serve their needs.

**What you will be doing**
- Design and evolve a revolutionary AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers measurable, superior results compared to traditional education
- Connect directly with students via virtual platforms to gather crucial feedback and insights
- Transform learning analytics into actionable strategies using AI/ML and contemporary learning science
- Lead data-driven experimentation initiatives to accelerate student achievement
- Collaborate with technical teams to seamlessly integrate academic insights into product development

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Creating digital versions of traditional classrooms - we're building something entirely new
- Working in isolation from our learners - you'll maintain regular student contact
- Waiting for universal agreement - you'll drive change through data-backed initiatives
- Following conventional educational playbooks - innovation is our standard
- Treating AI as a threat - you'll leverage it as a powerful educational ally

**Key Responsibilities**

Spearhead the development of groundbreaking AI-enabled, teacher-free educational experiences across multiple campuses. Success will be measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth, informed by both data analytics and direct student feedback.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI technologies in educational contexts
- Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
- Excellence in translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Track record of successful cross-functional team leadership
