Senior Buyer Group Purchasing

**JOIN OUR TEAM**:
As **Senior Buyer Group Purchasing**, you will join our procurement team and take ownership of managing and optimising our OPEX spend. You will play a leading role in negotiations and tenders, setting new standards in processes and cost optimisation. As a sparring partner to departments across the company, you will provide expertise in procurement, contracts and supplier selection, while driving digitalisation and efficiency improvements. This position is **permanent**and based in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- lead negotiations and tenders, setting new standards in procurement processes
- conduct market and price analyses, and evaluate project-specific enquiries and offers
- act as a sparring partner to departments, advising on all matters related to procurement, contracts and supplier selection
- develop and manage purchasing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals
- identify optimisation opportunities and drive forward digitalisation in purchasing
- ensure transparency in the purchasing process and guarantee adherence to budgets

**YOU COME WITH**:

- 5+ years of experience in negotiation and contract management, with a focus on cost reduction
- strong track record of cost consciousness, especially in negotiations with SaaS providers
- experience in change management and process improvements
- independent working style, hands-on mentality and analytical thinking
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels
- fluency in both written and spoken German and English
