**Jobbeschreibung**:
**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:

- Supporting our People Operations team with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
- Assisting in maintaining and optimizing HR reports in Workday.
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses and prepare presentations for management.
- Supporting process improvements and automation within the People Operations Team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on HR projects.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, or a related field).
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
- First experience with HR Controlling, Analytics, or related fields is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Workday or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Structured and independent working style
