Financial Accountant

- because you speak the language of numbers. As a financial accountant / accounting employee (M/F/d), you will be responsible for all accounting-related activities in day-to-day business, as well as for the preparation of monthly reporting at Vitec once you have been trained. You will also support the growing team in daily tasks and projects such as general administration.

**Your impact**:
Independently account and post incoming invoices; prepare weekly payment runs; responsible for dunning process.
- Manage and maintain fixed asset accounting, post daily account statements, and create orders in the system; create order confirmations; outgoing invoices
- Preparation of advance sales tax returns for various countries, partly in cooperation with local consultants
- Updating of project specific cost control
- Checking and posting of travel expense reports

**Who you are**:
You are assertive and have a friendly and competent manner and are used to working responsibly and communicatively within a team. You are also very thorough in your work. Additionally you have:

- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in accounting or tax consulting
- At least 3 years of work experience in a commercial profession
- Fluent German and good English skills (both at level B2/C1 an advantage)
