Security Cooperation Specialist

**Key Role**:
Provide security cooperation planning and operations support to Component and Combatant Command clients, including the assessment, planning, coordination, and execution of programs. Conduct analysis, provide recommendations, and support staff planning. Support component-level participation in Combatant Command and Service planning conferences, working groups, and staff processes to align service capabilities and activities with Joint and service strategic objectives. Leverage decision-support products to inform senior-leader decisions.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience with security cooperation policy and partner nation engagements
- 2+ years of experience with supporting high-level headquarters staff, including component, COCOM, TSOC, or Joint staff
- Experience with Security Assistance policies, processes, and procedures
- Experience with analyzing, managing, and organizing large amounts of data, including in MS Excel and SharePoint
- Experience building briefs for action officer, senior leaders, and international audiences
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- DSCA Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
