HydraFacial is hiring a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for inbound material supply and customer orders fulfillment coordination.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Monitor open purchase requisitions
- Track inbound material shipments to 3PL warehouse
- Manage shipments under customs clearance, provide additional information as required
- Coordinate deliveries between the freight forwarder and 3PL warehouse
- Monitor material receiving at 3PL and ensure the stock has been correctly received
- Monitor sales orders released to 3PL are being processed according to the SLA
- Support Customer Service Team with orders queries
- Manage new product item setup

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field preferred within logistics (Speditionskaufmann/- frau/divers)
- 5 years’ experience in logistics / freight forwarding in a similar role
- ERP Experience ideally in Oracle NetSuite
- Strong analytic skills in MS Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Must be able to support, drive and sometimes challenge managers within the company.
- Must have strong communication skills; able to communicate effectively
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and incorporate changes seamlessly
- Result orientation, accountability, critical thinking, problem solving, project and change management, and team working/building
