**Responsibilities and tasks that await you**:
Our Connected Retail Team is responsible for building up the future of retail in Europe and beyond. We are creating a virtual shopping mall of lifestyle brands to make the urban city virtually shoppable.
In this role, you will have the chance to make a real impact on the customer and partner experience in Connected Retail. You will support the team in the acquisition and onboarding of new partners to ARIVE and thereby define the local ecosystem of stores in our ARIVE app.
- Support ARIVE’s acquisition of new partner stores for Connected Retail
- Support the Head of Connected Retail to:
- Own and Manage end to end strategic projects in Connected Retail together with your team
- Conceptualize new topics, create business cases, develop full project plans and manage stakeholders throughout
- Define, implement and optimize internal processes and tools to ensure operational efficiency for our future business
- Help ensure a frictionless and elevated onboarding experience for partners at any stage in the process
- Help Identify key requirements from partners during the acquisition and onboarding process and support in building up optimized acquisition processes and materials
**What you need to succeed**:
- You have a degree in Business, Economics (or equivalent)
- Previous internship experience, ideally in a fast-growing company, consultancy and/or in the field of luxury and lifestyle brands is a plus
- You are an effective relationship-builder who naturally connects with others
- You are a strong self-starter with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- You show a hands-on mentality, not afraid to get your hands dirty operationally to ensure our ambitious timelines
- You have a fascination for building new businesses and see the business opportunity in every conversation
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English
