Zur Verstärkung unseres Marketingteams suchen wir eine vielseitige und kreative Persönlichkeit, die mit Leidenschaft Content produziert, Trends erkennt und digitale Kampagnen mitgestaltet.

**Sie unterstützen unser Team mit folgenden Tätigkeiten**:

- Konzeption, Produktion und Nachbearbeitung von Video
- und Fotocontent für Website, Social Media, Kampagnen und Events
- Entwicklung kreativer Inhalte und Storylines für unsere digitalen Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube u. a.)
- Gestaltung von Grafiken, Bannern und Werbematerialien (z. B. mit Adobe Creative Suite oder Canva)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Landing Pages, inklusive grundlegender Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS oder CMS-Systemen
- Steuerung und Optimierung von Social-Media
- und Online-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Erstellung von kurzen Marketingvideos, Testimonials und Event-Clips
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von saisonalen Aktionen, Promotion-Kampagnen und monatlichen Vertriebs-Events
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Agenturen und externen Partnern
- Unterstützung im E-Mail
- und Performance-Marketing sowie bei kleineren Webprojekten

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation, Design oder ähnlichem
- Erfahrung in der Content-Produktion (Video, Foto, Schnitt, Nachbearbeitung)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) oder vergleichbaren Tools
- Technisches Verständnis und Basiskenntnisse in Webtechnologien (z. B. HTML, CSS, WordPress, HubSpot oder ähnliches)
- Affinität für Social Media, Trends und Storytelling
- Kreative, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Projekte ganzheitlich umzusetzen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
