**Stellenbeschreibung: Social Media Mitarbeiter:in (Minijob/Rechnung)**

Wir suchen eine kreative und social-media-affine Person zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Präsenz. Du bist verantwortlich für die Inhalte auf **TikTok im** **generellen und zur Unterstützung bei Instagram, Google** und anderen relevanten Plattformen und trägst aktiv zur Markenentwicklung der **100 Gramm Bar** & **Lounge**bei.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Content für **TikTok, Google und weitere Social-Media-Kanäle**:

- Entwicklung einer Social-Media-Strategie zur **Steigerung der Reichweite und Markenbekanntheit**:

- Erstellung von **Fotos, Videos und Stories** über das Barleben, Events und Specials, sowie selbst vor der „Kamera“ stehen
- Community-Management**:Interaktion mit Followern, Beantwortung von Nachrichten und Kommentaren**:

- Analyse der Social-Media-Performance und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei Marketingaktionen und digitalen Werbekampagnen
- Kreative Entwicklung neuer Konzepte, um die **100 Gramm Bar authentisch und ansprechend zu präsentieren**

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfahrung im Bereich **Social Media Management, Content Creation oder Online-Marketing**:

- Gespür für **Trends, virale Inhalte und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation**:

- Sicherer Umgang mit **Foto
- und Videobearbeitungstools (z.B. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite o. Ä.)**:

- Kreative und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit einer **Hands-on-Mentalität**:

- Erfahrung in der **Gastronomie oder Eventbranche** von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
