VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. We are a data-driven incubation platform for next-generation consumer products and brands. We have launched more than 10 brands and 250 products in 16 markets across several categories including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care. VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with in-house marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain, and digital sales functions. We sell through Amazon, our own e-commerce, and 3rd-party retailers. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for well-known artists and influencers who want to build their own brands.

For our fast-growing team of more than 100 international consumer talents, we are looking for an e-Commerce Account Management Intern or Working Student (Germany) (f/m/x) for our Hamburg office.

You are responsible for our German marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, own e-shops and other specialized third-party retail marketplaces. The position is a fantastic opportunity to acquire state-of-the-art e-Commerce sales knowledge, aimed at fuelling the growth of the business. You will be part of a highly motivated and dynamic commercial department. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and highly motivated team player.

Tasks
- Manage full listings, from creation to (re) - optimizations
- Create master keyword files and optimize SEO on all your product listings
- Translate product marketing sheets to improve product pages on your marketplaces
- Monitor keyword relevance, visibility and performance on all your listings to improve conversion rates, impressions, and sales
- Manage operations and customer service tasks
- Carry out daily performance checks from customer feedback, account health insights, new product listing improvements
- Escalate appeals to the Sales Manager and clean up feedback
- Continuously control the performance of PPC campaigns
- Manage deliverables such as increased impressions, improved CTR, high conversions, optimal ROI, etc.
- Recognize and recommend impactful changes to product listings based on market trends, opportunities, promotions and competitor listings
- Help recognize market gaps and potential to expand and increase relevance of our product selection in your market and across marketplaces

**Requirements**:

- You are a digital native, familiar with the Amazon platform and ideally, skilful in Amazon Vendor Central
- Proficient in German, excellent written and verbal command of the language
- You have gained first (internship) experience in e-Commerce/digital marketing as a seller, within an agency or e-Commerce pure player
- You understand the e-Commerce landscape and media business, being familiar with terms such as PPC, ASIN, SEO, DSP, CTR, CPC, etc..
- You display full commitment to take ownership from day one and create tangible impact
- You demonstrate the ability to manage high workloads and multiple concurrent projects
