**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking Safety Spotter to join our dynamic and collaborative team to support our employees at our customers in Dresden area, Germany.

**Responsibilities and Duties Requirements**:

- Assisting personnel with safety checks and inspections (Safety Tour)
- Carrying out safety inspections in coordination with the managers
- Documentation of unsafe situations or best practice
- Monitoring and coordination of safety measures
- Conducting training for internal staff
- Mentoring of new employees for safety culture (PPAC, SQMBWA, 4 eyes, WORK IN PROGRESS placard, STOP WORK, S-TIRS)
- PPE
- Maintain tools calibration up to date.
- Criminal record clear.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Technical background and knowledge of occupational safety
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage, but not a must-have
- Ability to work under cleanroom conditions
- Very good English knowledge
- Car driving license
