Tasks

**Your future tasks include**:
Securing customer demands in regards of material type, quantity and time under consideration of production capacities, supplier quantities, delivery times and logistic costs requirements

Accepting customer orders, checking whether delivery schedules have changed, clarifying possible contradictions with the customer as well as carrying out a detailed and ramp-up /phase out planning and specifying minimum requirements in case of bottlenecks

Securing rolling call-off planning (24 months) to the production plant, focusing on the quality of short and long term system planning, finding customer demand planning issues and providing feedback to the customer demand planner, and coordinating with sales to ensure accurate planning numbers

Ensuring timely scheduling of index changes in the system (phase-in/phase-out planning) in coordination with the customer and the project team to avoid obsolete material or line stops at the customer's site

Objections to customers in case of significant changes on the part of customers (increases, decreases)

Coordination of shipments with external service providers as well as monitoring of empty management and clearing of transport damages as well as coordination of rework actions in the warehouse with external service providers

Browsing for new information as well as maintaining Customer Internet platforms/ portals that have been released for use according to instructions

**Qualifications**:
Academic Degree in Business Studies, Economics or comparable qualification

Very good handling with MS Office software, especially Excel

Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)

Intercultural competence

Good communication skills

Detail orientation
