**What will you do as an Sales Support Representative?**:
The Sales Support Representative is a dynamic, ‘think on your feet’ position at LMI Technologies. As an SSR you will interact with customers on a daily basis to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding our products and services as well as the best possible solutions to resolve their order related issues. You will process orders, repairs, fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and at the same time ensure that you are effectively providing the necessary communication to the customer and Sales representatives. Essentially you are providing valuable support to make it easier for the Sales Representatives to do their jobs more effectively.

You will report to the Sales Support Team Lead and work with the rest of the Sales Support Representatives and our Global Sales Team to ensure the order management process runs efficiently and effectively. Our department is top notch for tackling customer issues and providing them with the best solutions. We focus on providing excellent customer service and solutions.

The Sales Support Team is a communication hub which all customer queries go through and we direct these queries to the relevant departments within the company to get the information our customers and Sales Representatives require.

As an SSR you will:

- Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders and repairs from customers inputting the data into the organization’s CRM.
- Communicate with customers on any changes to orders such as revised shipping dates, pricing or items ordered.
- Interact with internal departments throughout the company on a daily basis such as production, shipping, marketing, finance, product management to help you address queries from customers and Sales representatives.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers, Sales Representatives and management, within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide exceptional and timely support to the global team of Sales representatives, including coordinating demo equipment requests and making them aware of any problems likely to affect customer relationships.
- Create and maintain customer accounts by recording account information in the CRM
- Stay up-to-date with new product, features, launches and demonstrate strong product knowledge
- Assists the Sales Support Team Lead with on-boarding and training of new Sales Support Representatives particularly in the area of expertise (policies, procedures, processes and Netsuite)
- Provides assistance with creating, maintaining and updating all of the Sales Support Documentation
- Designated SST contact for assigned key accounts
- From time to time, assigned tasks/projects will be provided for you to complete outside of your regular role.
- Proactively contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to LMI Employee Policy Manual
- Some travel for training of global Sales Support staff may be required

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite tools with a general comfort level in using different technologies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a results oriented approach to business
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
