Product Instructional Designer

**YOUR MISSION**:
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and knowledge gaps
- Design high quality instructional materials, including e-learning course, instruction-led training, videos, and live training
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different user groups and skill levels
- Analyze feedback and performance data to make continuous improvements to learning materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders regularly
- Implement knowledge checks to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize training with customers and partners
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- 2-5 years of working experience in training or instructional design, or in customer experience roles
- Proven experience in instructional design and development, ideally in SaaS
- Proficiency in using instructional design tools and softwares
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends in instructional design
- Formal education in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Business fluent in English (C2)
