**Your Tasks**:
The Digital Transformation Office is looking for you to support one of Beiersdorf’s most exciting projects As a working student you will be part of a dynamic team in charge of defining, implementing and operationalizing the governance of our digital transformation. You will take up your own tasks and will surely learn a lot along the way.
- You support us with your conceptual and creative skills and let them flow into the preparation & execution of meetings & workshops
- You get the opportunity to bring your knowledge on tech and methods into practice
- You support the team to deal with new and complex topics by driving your own tasks
- Examples of activities: creation of change management & communication material about our future project management processes; administration of our SharePoint displaying the progress of our digitalization; preparation workshops activities & material

**Your Profile**:

- You are a student in IT, STEM or Economics studies
- You already had a first concrete experience with project management activities and agile frameworks such as Scrum
- You have an eye for quality and strive for excellence
- You are a team player with strong communication skills, acting with confidence
- You’re able to abstract by using your analytical thinking
- You have a strong affinity to the consulting or IT industry
- You are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and are willing to learn other tools
- You are fluent in English and/or German (preferably both)
