**What you'll do**

We are looking for a student (f/m/d) to support our training and sales content team within the SAP Signavio organization. The working student (f/m/d) will have an opportunity to support but also have sometimes full ownership in tasks such as regular management and documentation of business marketing materials (ppts, whitepapers), the admin and optimization of our sharepoint portal and in the creation / design of new digital assets.

Therefore the tasks will include:

- Design, optimize and maintain internal sharepoint pages + related other portals and asset management systems
- Support global reporting and monitoring of content consumption and sharepoint traffic
- Maintain / write documentation for content management systems
- Support content management in different communication channels

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Design, Media, Communications, IT, Business Administration
- Still have 2 years of study (e.g. just started Master or still in Bachelor studies)
- Video editing skills (Camtasia and Adobe)
- Understanding of “good” UX design patterns
- Software skills: Excel - Basic - Advanced Excel (vlookups, concatenating of data) as a strong plus, Design in Powerpoint, Photoshop or Acrobat, quickly able to self-learn apps / software tools
- Language skills: fluent in English, German / other languages as a plus
- Soft skills: proactive and open communication, low fear to try out things without detailled instructions, open for challenges
