Senior Social Media

**What can you expect**:

- Lead and oversee creative social media initiatives and content strategies, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and goals
- Identify and capitalize on relevant trends, translating them into high-impact content ideas for our social media channels
- Develop and present regular performance reports to analyze content effectiveness and identify actionable insights for optimization
- Implement data-driven improvements to enhance social media engagement, traffic and brand awareness.
- Plan, create and publish relevant content across social media platforms to boost traffic, engagement and community growth
- Support content creation with tools like Adobe Suite, Figma and iPhone
- Ensure editorial consistency by developing editorial calendars and briefing graphic designers
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach target audiences effectively
- Conceptualize and execute innovative influencer and collaboration campaigns designed to grow the community and drive engagement
- Oversee the entire influencer / artist collaboration lifecycle, from selection and outreach to relationship management, performance tracking and reporting
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing and other teams to create an integrated communication strategy

**Your profile**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the premium fashion or lifestyle industry is essential to thrive in this position
- A completed degree in a relevant field, such as creative communication, media or marketing
- Proven track record in leading teams and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong ability to identify and leverage social media trends to develop innovative content strategies
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other key social platforms, along with familiarity with influencers and trends in these spaces
- Strong content creation skills, including photography, video editing and creative writing
- Highly self-motivated with a hands-on mentality and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with high cultural competence
- Excellent written and spoken English and German are essential
