For our holding company in Cologne, we are looking for your support as

**Application Scientist - CASE (M/F/d)**
Fulltime (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment | Cologne**Your impact within the OQEMA Group**
- Develop frame formulations and run performance tests on customer, principal or internal request
- Report the results and use Sales Force (CRM) for the entire documentation
- Follow the KPIs and efficient performance (ROI) of the laboratory
- Working in the lab activities inside the OQEMA Group and with external labs
- Support the supervisor by supporting the commercial team during joint customer & principal meetings for selected opportunities
- Expend the activities of the OQademy to transfer the Know-how inside the OQEMA Group
- Support the Sales team, Product Management, GPM and Segment Director for technical requests

**What we are looking for**:

- A successfully completed Bachelor degree in chemistry or natural science
- At least five years of experience of professional experience in formulating the Cosmetic industry
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
- Urge to find solutions using a structured and analytical way of working
- You must be able to negotiate in English and ideally have knowledge of German B1
