Maximon is a pioneering longevity investor and company builder, empowering entrepreneurs to create impactful, science-based, and scalable companies focused on healthy aging and rejuvenation solutions. We are currently seeking a passionate and visionary Co-Founder/Chief Medical Officer for a new startup that aims to shape the future of women's health.

Our new femtech startup is committed to revolutionizing women's health with a primary focus on addressing menopause-related symptoms. Our mission is to raise awareness and empower women by providing effective and personalized solutions to enhance their well-being during this critical phase of life. We believe that through cutting-edge research, technological innovation, and a deep understanding of women's unique health needs, we can make a significant impact on the lives of millions of women worldwide.

**As our Co-Founder / Chief Medical Officer, you are responsible for**
- Collaborating with our CEO & Co-Founder to define the company's mission, values, and long-term goals in addressing menopause and its impact on women's health
- Guiding our scientific research team in conducting in-depth analysis of existing menopause research and treatment options to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation
- Supporting customer research, interviews, focus groups, panels, and similar to truly understand our customers' needs
- Leading the development and implementation of all medical and scientific aspects of the organization's strategy including the customer journey supported by medical staff, regulatory framework, pharmaceutical offerings, and new product development
- Networking with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, researchers, and industry partners, to foster strategic partnerships and advance our mission
- Advocating for the company and its mission by participating in industry events, conferences, and panels to build brand recognition and gather valuable insights

**How our program works**

During an initial phase, you will develop the new venture idea into a validated business plan, investment case, and potentially a minimum viable product (MVP). To ensure your success, we support you in a variety of ways:

- We provide the right guidance, playbooks, and processes to build and grow a longevity company
- You will join an active community of entrepreneurs who are navigating similar challenges
- You will benefit from the experience of serial entrepreneurs, scientists, and a highly-skilled advisory board
- We provide co-founding services (incl. business support, scientific expertise, coaching) as well as funding covering pre-seed and seed money (up to 10 million CHF) to ensure that you can develop the case to its full potential

- We support hiring your key employees through our talent network

**Your qualifications**
- You are motivated to build a venture from scratch
- Degree in Medicine (MD/Dr. med), with Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on women's health, menopause management, or related fields
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- You are a bold, curious, and mission-driven entrepreneurial-minded professional equipped with strong analytical skills
- Passion for women's health and a commitment to improving the lives of women during menopause
- You have a passion for health, fitness, longevity, and being part of a company with the aim to increase health and life spans
