**Your mission**:
As Logistic Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics and the full shipping processes (picking, packing, shipping, etc.), ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in good condition, and developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency of our logistics operations. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager. The following tasks will be part of your new role:

- Monitor and manage our logistics processes, including customs clearance, inventory management, goods inspection, etc.
- Full responsibility for shipping (receiving goods, picking, packing, sending goods, etc.)
- Ensure that products are delivered on time and in good condition
- Collaborate with shipping carriers and be the point of contact for all inbound and outbound logistics
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that logistics processes are aligned with overall company goals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the logistics department
- Monitor and control logistics costs

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing logistics processes
- Direct experience in handling packed boxes and/or pallets
- Knowledge of German customs processes, importing and exporting goods
- You are based in Berlin and willing to work 100% on-site
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on, can-do attitude and not afraid to take challenges head-on.
- Fluency in English and at least a B2 German
