Aujourd’hui, nous mandatons Thomas Search Consulting pour nous aider à trouver notre futur(e) **Sales** **Manager**. Nous proposons la mise à disposition de compétences à forte valeur ajoutée notamment management de projet auprès des principaux acteurs de l'industrie. Notre mission est d’accompagner nos clients, dans toutes les phases du cycle de développement de leurs projets. Dans le cadre de notre très forte croissance nous cherchons une personne capable de reprendre une partie d’un périmètre existant et de développer son portefeuille clients en autonomie. Vous assumerez les activités suivantes: **1) Business**: - Gestion de l’ensemble du cycle commercial jusqu’au démarrage de la prestation - Réunions client / RAO (engagement de moyen et de résultat) - Construction de partenariats (référencement, lobbying, etc.) **2) RH : Constituer votre équipe de collaborateurs(trices)** - Finaliser le processus de recrutement des nouveaux collaborateurs **3) Management : Piloter la carrière de vos consultants** - Suivre les projets que votre équipe réalise - Fournir à vos équipes les plans de formation nécessaires à leur montée en compétences - Anticiper la fin de projet de vos équipes et préparer leur évolution sur une prochaine mission - Animer les moments forts de l’évaluation et de l’évolution de vos équipes (bilans annuels, analyse des objectifs fixés, évolutions ou réorientations professionnelles, etc.) **4) Juridique et financier** - Piloter la rentabilité de votre business unit / PnL - Assurer une veille juridique, économique et financière des problématiques liées à notre activité **Profil recherché**: **Mais aussi et surtout**: - Vous souhaitez vous investir dans un quotidien captivant où gestion des priorités et organisation sont des facteurs clé de succès. - Vous avez un projet professionnel structuré autour de compétences commerciales et managériales. - Nous sommes avant tout à la recherche de personnalités ambitieuses pour elles-mêmes et leur société.
