Machine Specialist 3D Laser Cutting Cell

Your tasks
- Programming of the 3D laser cutting cell and creation of 2D and 3D cutting contours
- Design of fixtures for 3D laser cutting fixtures
- Planning the machine assignment as well as setting up the 3D laser cutting cell and monitoring the workflow
- Ensuring quality by comparing the manufactured parts with the measurement reports, carrying out corrections in case of deviations
- Optimization of the processes around the 3D Laser Cutting Cell regarding time aspects, quality and workflow
- Carry out maintenance in accordance with the maintenance schedule and in the event of malfunctions, repair these in cooperation with the company craftsmen

**Profile**:

- Completed technical training, e.g. as a tool mechanic or comparable technical vocational training
- Experience in the processing of metals and in system programming, e.g. 3D laser cutting systems, robot welding cells or 3D milling systems
- Basic knowledge of CAD-Software, VISI desirable
- Basic knowledge of the PLM-Software, CIM-Database desirable
- Willingness to work shifts
- Willingness, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
