**Concierge Runner (M/F/d)**:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Be present at the main entrances and photo opportunity points, roving leisurely through the village
- Greeting the guests upon arrival and departure of the village
- First and last contact point for guests visiting the village
- Support arrival and departures for coaches
- Escorting the guest in the direction of Concierge Services, Guest Lounge, VIP Lounge and other locations
- Hands-free-shopping
- Transportation and storage of luggage
- Verifying and ensuring cleanliness of working area (entrance, guest counter, Luggage trolley, Storage room)
- Distributing of guest information (Village directories, promotion flyers, )
- Registering of guests for the privilege program
- Participate in trainings and morning team huddle
- Assist boutiques, VIP Lounge and Guest Services to support the needs of guests and enhance hospitality where required.
- Assisting VIP & Guest Lounge with arrivals, events and the needs of the guests as directed.
- Supporting guests with feedback or complaints and delegating / escalating them appropriately.
- Liaising with car parking teams to enhance hospitality where required.
- Help identify any key areas of concern during a shift where there might be guest satisfaction issues, such as long queues and maintenance requirements.
