Aufgaben
- Sie erstellen den Konzernabschluss nach HGB.
- Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Banken und Betriebsprüfer und klären steuerrechtliche Fragestellungen.
- Mit Ihren Team verantworten Sie die Haupt
- und Nebenbücher.
- Sie stellen die Verrechnungen zwischen Konzerngesellschaften sicher.
- Sie geben Zahlungen frei und managen die Liquidität konzernintern.
- Sie erstellen den Monatsabschluss und haben einen Überblick über alle Rückstellungen und NAL-Buchungen.
- Sie führen und entwickeln ein Team von 5 Mitarbeitern im Konzernrechnungswesen nachhaltig weiter.
Qualifikation
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich anbgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen.
- Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen mit, davon mehrere Jahre in leitender Funktion.
- Sie sind abschlusssicher und haben Erfahrung in der Konzernkonsolidierung.
- Sie haben eine hohe IT-Affinität und verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP und können diese sicher anwenden.
- Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert, strategisch, analytisch und proaktiv - eine echte Problem-Solving-Attitude und zeichnen sich durch eine Hands-On-Mentalität aus.
