**Aufgaben**
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung des Bereichs Client Success Academia in Europa, Middle East & Africa
- Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Nutzung der Statista Produkte sowie der Zufriedenheit der Nutzer:innen innerhalb der Institutionen
- Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Monitoring von Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) und Erstellung von Berichten zur Analyse von Team
- und Kundenperformance
- Entwicklung neuer Bindungsmaßnahmen, Serviceleistungen und stetige Verbesserung von Prozessen
- Management der Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen in Vertrieb, Marketing, Research und Finance

**Profil**
- Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einem professionellen und souveränen Auftreten
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Client Success Management, CRM oder Account Management, idealerweise im akademischen oder öffentlichen Bereich
- Erste Führungserfahrung und eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
- Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eigenverantwortliche, proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
