Aufgaben
Für unseren Kunden im Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir einen Statistical Safety Science Statistician (m/w/d) mit den nachfolgenden Aufgaben:
- Leitung der Erkennung, Validierung und Charakterisierung von Sicherheitssignalen für ein oder mehrere Projekte mit mínimaler Anleitung durch den Gruppenleiter, direkte statistische Unterstützung und statistische wissenschaftliche Leitung von Sicherheitsdaten aus klinischen Studien im Rahmen eines Projekts. Verantwortlich für die statistischen Aspekte der Sicherheitsanalyse, einschließlich Qualität, Relevanz für externe Interessengruppen (z. B. Zulassungsbehörden, medizinische Fachzeitschriften) und wissenschaftliche Validität.
- Förderung von Teamarbeit, Qualität, operativer Effizienz und Innovation. Sicherstellen, dass das Sicherheitsüberwachungsteam die SOPs und Abteilungsstandards einhält.
- Planen und Verfolgen von Projektaktivitäten in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Zeitvorgaben und Ressourceneinsatz. Rechtfertigung des geplanten Ressourcenbedarfs. Optimierung der Ressourcennutzung durch effiziente und gut verwaltete Ressourcenzuweisung, projekt
- oder bereichsübergreifend. Fähigkeit, auf einen ungeplanten Anstieg der Arbeitsbelastung zu reagieren.
- Leitung von Diskussionen über die Definition und Harmonisierung von Qualitätsstandards, auch auf der Ebene einzelner Studien innerhalb und zwischen verschiedenen Therapiebereichen.
- Fachliche Anleitung und Mentoring von Nachwuchskräften.
- Gewährleistung einer produktiven Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Funktionen im Sicherheitsüberwachungsteam und mit anderen Statistik-Projektleitern sowie Kommunikation mit der Geschäftsleitung.
- Vertretung der Statistik bei der Teilnahme (und ggf. Leitung) an wissenschaftlichen oder technischen Arbeitsgruppen oder funktionsübergreifenden Initiativen; Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Bereitstellung von Beiträgen zu Statistikstandards.
Qualifikation
- Promotion/Master-Studium in Statistik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet mit mindestens 6 Jahren Erfahrung in der Pharmazie
- Kenntnisse von epidemiologischen Methoden und Konzepten im Bereich der Sicherheit
- Nachweislich gute Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Projekt-/Studienmanagement, zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen und Kommunikation
- Umfassende Kenntnisse und gutes Verständnis fortgeschrittener statistischer Konzepte und Techniken
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der pharmazeutischen klinischen Entwicklung
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der klinischen Entwicklung oder bei Post-Marketing-Aktivitäten, z. B. bei der Einreichung von Anträgen, der Interaktion mit Zulassungsbehörden oder anderen externen Interessengruppen
- Erfahrung in der Erkennung von Sicherheitssignalen erwünscht
- Fähigkeit, das Unternehmen in unternehmensübergreifenden Aktivitäten wie Konsortien oder Fachverbänden zu vertreten
