Based in our modern Berlin office, we are looking for someone to join our Strategic Product Development team to be responsible for supporting and driving Product Development projects across our international markets.

**About the job**:
We are looking for a high caliber Associate Director Strategic Product Development to devise and execute our key strategic projects and drive the next phase of growth for our company. In this very key role you work closely with product developers across 15 markets and brands to identify, prioritize, develop and execute product development. You will lead a highly talented and ambitious team of 2-3 people working across product strategy and analytics and report into the Senior Director Strategic Product Development. This is a very exciting opportunity, especially for strategy consultants or business developers to join a growing and successful foodtech, and be in the driver’s seat of its future product strategy. You will:

- Drive product strategy and innovation for 15+ markets and brands and deliver on ambitious growth and profitability objectives
- Build a very strong understanding of what our customers want and our operating model to derive high impact projects and initiatives
- Develop business cases, project plans, timelines, budget and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strong results
- Create a positive, high growth and engaging working environment for your team of 2-3 business developers

**Who we are looking for**:

- 5 years experience in top-tier strategy consulting, product or business development and/or high growth scale ups
- High caliber profile: you are a fast learner, top performer and want to take on a new exciting challenge
- Leadership: you are able to rally teams around common objectives and set up teams for success
- Analytical mindset: you are really good with numbers and have strong analytical logic and rigor
