Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a **(Junior) Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will support the recruiting efforts of AUVESY-MDT in the DACH region. Reporting directly to our Senior Manager TA, you will contribute to the success of our company's vision. This role provides an opportunity for you to leverage your experiences and significantly enhance your learning curve. We are currently optimizing our People & Culture department and are seeking a **passionate**, **empathetic**, and **data-oriented** recruiter to lead our Talent Acquisition team to success.

The position is available immediately on a full-time basis.

**Your Tasks**:

- ** Job Placement** - As the person responsible for recruiting all positions in the DACH region, you will oversee the processes from job posting to offer submission.
- ** Strategy Development** - To efficiently and effectively fill all roles, you will develop a tailored recruiting strategy for each vacancy.
- ** Employer Branding** - In support of your recruiting efforts, you will define and implement employer branding initiatives.
- ** Stakeholder Management** - To successfully fill our vacancies, you will collaborate closely with our leaders, act as a sparring partner, and guide them through the hiring processes.
- ** Data Collection and Analysis** - To optimize your area and results, you will define and track relevant KPIs, derive actions, and implement them.
- ** Optimizations** - Through the right strategy and appropriate measures, you will continuously optimize the recruiting department.

- ** Experience** - You bring relevant experience in Full Circle Recruitment. Your educational background is not a central factor for us.
- ** Personal Competencies** - You are particularly solution-oriented, innovative, organized, professional, and data-driven in your work.
- ** Social Competence** - You have the ability to quickly connect with people, convince, inspire, and build trusting relationships.
- ** Team Player** - You are grounded, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. You strive for excellence but also recognize that done is better than perfect.
- ** Language Skills** - You feel confident in both English and German.
