TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams are responsible to shape, execute & grow the assigned portfolio, with key focus on optimizing the product’s market position and financial returns, consistent with corporate and automotive business unit strategies.

**Your tasks**:

- Strategic Business Plan Support.
- Develop marketing and sales plan.
- Work cross-functionally to achieve financial portfolio goals.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps.
- Analyze industry trends, megatrends and customer needs.
- Develop marketing materials for product value proposition and sales training.
- Conduct continuous competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Drive cost improvement activities.
- Track lead generation and GTM effectiveness
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Handle project deliverables and system clean-up
- Generate marketing and promotional material

**What your background should look like**:

- Business administration, business engineering or comparable
- Open-minded, willingness to learn, proactive approach, teamplayer, independent work
- Technical affinity
- Good skills in MS-Office, especially Excel.
- Business Acumen
- Global mindset
- Proactive and dynamic attitude
- Risk taker
- Fluent language: English & German
- Will to develop in the Sales & Marketing area
