**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Als Solution Architect (m/w/d) ebnen Sie unseren Kunden den Weg in ServiceNow und beraten sie bei der Einführung. Ihre Aufgaben im Detail sind:

- Analyse und Bewertung von fachlichen Anforderungen und Ableitung von Lösungsansätzen zur Umsetzung in ServiceNow
- Unterstützung und Steuerung von ServiceNow-Projekten von unterschiedlicher Komplexität mit Fokus auf die digitale Transformation von Unternehmen
- Bewertung von Szenarien für den Einsatz von ServiceNow
- Erstellen von Konzepten zur Einbettung von ServiceNow-Lösungen in das prozessuale und technische Ökosystem unserer Kunden
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Spezialisten anderer Konzerneinheiten zu Themen, wie Cloud, Security, Monitoring, Billing, Integration
- Entwicklung von Einsatzszenarien, Use Cases, Demos, Referenz-Architekturen und den entsprechend ableitbaren Vertriebsargumenten
- Vorbereitung von Pitches und Präsentationen für die Entscheider auf Kundenseite inkl. technischem Briefing und fundierten Hintergrundinformationen
- Entwicklung und Vorstellung von technischen Präsentationen und Briefings zu den Lösungen

**Ihr Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene vergleichbare Berufsausbildung und bringen fundiertes Wissen im Bereich ServiceNow mit. Sie können mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung aufweisen und haben das Thema ServiceNow aus verschiedensten Perspektiven getrieben, vielleicht als Entwickler, Consultant, Projektleiter oder natürlich als Architekt?

Darüber hinaus bringen Sie folgende Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen mit:

- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von ServiceNow Lösungen und Architekturen
- Zertifizierung als ServiceNow Certified System Administrator und ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Planung, Konzeption und Optimierung von ServiceNow-Landschaften und deren Einbettung in vorhandene IT Umgebungen
- 3 Jahre Projekterfahrung in der Konzeption, Einführung und/oder Durchführung von ServiceNow-Implementierungen
- Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse mit agilen Projekt Management Methoden (SAFe/Scrum)
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in der technischen Analyse und der eigenverantwortlichen Einschätzung von Machbarkeit und Aufwand
- Gutes Verständnis der gängigen Enterprise Architektur
- und Architekturmanagementansätze von ServiceNow
- Erfahrungen mit Schnittstellen
- und Integrationstechnologien zur Anbindung von Cloud Services
- Kommunikationstalent auf Sach
- und Entscheiderebene, verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
