This is a role which incorporates both customer service and operations. The Stock Controller will be responsible for picking and packing digital orders for delivery to our EU customers. The Stock Controller may be required to work on the shop floor during peak periods.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Action stock movements as requested by Buying & Merchandising or Digital
- Participate in Daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts of EUDC stock
- Ensure the efficient dispatch of digital orders
- Prep packaging and consumables for the upcoming business day
- Maintain a clean and organised distribution centre, ensuring stock is secure and properly stored.
- Pick and pack orders
- Organise courier collections
- Receive stock deliveries and report any discrepancies to the EUDC and Store Manager
- Build and maintain product knowledge
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key collaborators
- Follow and maintain a good knowledge of all Health & Safety guidelines related to the role and stockroom environment. ensuring housekeeping across all areas of the store is maintained to a high standard

Skills and Knowledge Required

- Previous experience picking and packing orders
- Proven ability in producing accurate work with attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a team and in a hands-on role
- Demonstrates energy, commitment and focus to ensure delivery of results, particularly individual targets
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Experienced Microsoft Office user
- Fluent in German and English

Flexibility to work across the week, Monday to Sunday.
